Shipping policy
Sol ships all items listed on this website across Canada and the USA using ChitChats (Canada Post, USPS & Asendia). Sol is located in Toronto, ON Canada and charges the HST sales tax applicable to Ontario. Orders shipped within Canada outside of Ontario are charged HST. Orders shipped to the USA are not charged sales tax. Sol is not responsible for paying any duties and/or brokerage fees that may apply to your order. We do not ship to PO boxes.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, this is when your estimated delivery time begins.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and your location. For orders $175.00 CAD and over shipping charges will be waived.

USA Shipping Rates and Estimations

Shipping Outside of Canada and USA
If you are located outside of Canada or the USA you can message us on the chat box located on the bottom right corner of our website, Â instagram ( @shopsol.ca ) or send us an email. We can arrange payment and shipping.Â

Delays
Delays in shipment or delivery can be caused due to Covid-19, holidays, weather or various other reasons. These delays are out of our control and can push the delivery window past the estimated delivery date. In these circumstances we ask for your patience as we are trying our best to ensure all items are delivered to you as quickly as possible.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1205 Queen St W, Unit 1, Toronto, ON. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.Â
Our in-store pickup hours are 11-6pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 12-6. Please have your order confirmation email upon arrival.
