Return & Exchanges
Online Returns & Exchange
We do not offer returns for online purchases. If you wish to exchange your online purchase you can only do so in-store at our 1205 Queen St W, Unit 1 location. Exchanges must be within 14 days of the order confirmation date.
Exchange Requirements:
- Item(s) must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to validation and approval by Shop Sol.
- Items exchanged with obvious use, makeup, pet hair, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains may be subject to denial.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse an exchange, in its sole discretion.
- Item(s) must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
