Online Returns & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can exchange in store (1205 Queen St W, Unit 1, Toronto) within 2 weeks of the delivery date.  We do not offer full cash refunds

If an item does not meet our standard and is refused, an exchange will be denied.

Exchange Requirements:

  • Item(s) must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to validation and approval by Shop Sol.
  • Items exchanged with obvious use, damage, odor, makeup, pet hair, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains may be subject to denial.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse an exchange, in its sole discretion.
  • Item(s) must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

 

In Store Returns & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Other Purchasing Options

If you want to purchase an item online but are uncertain about the fit, you can visit us in store to try the item before purchasing. If you like the piece you can purchase in store.
